Ma Cuisine uses Canada Postal services and guarantees services as per Canada Post Terms and Conditions.


Shipping Methods

Canada Post Regular:

Regular Parcel service is our economical ground delivery service within Canada. Regular Parcel service provides delivery within 2 business days local, 3 to 5 business days regional, and 4 to 9 business days national, between most major urban centres. Regular Parcel items must be shipped in Canada for delivery in Canada. Products and services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Canada Post.

 

Priority Shipping Available upon request

Canada Post Priority:

Priority™ service is the fastest delivery service for time-sensitive items. The service provides guaranteed next day* on-time delivery for local, regional and national, between most major urban centres. Priority™ items must be shipped in Canada for delivery in Canada. Products and services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Canada Post.

Xpresspost :

Xpresspost service is a fast and cost-effective delivery service. Xpresspost service provides delivery next day local, next day to 2 days regional, and 2 days national, between most major urban centres. Xpresspost must be shipped in Canada for delivery in Canada. Products and services are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in the General Terms and Conditions of Canada Post.

 

Additional Information

Order Tracking:

All orders shipping Canada Post will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped.

International Shipping

Currently we will not ship internationally. But you may contact the store directly for further consideration on such an order at 1-613-789-9225 and ask to speak to our e-commerce associate.

 

 

Return Policy

We guarantee the quality of the products we sell in our store and our website, for creating memorable moments in your own kitchen or shared with friends and family.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may bring it back to the store for a full refund ( minus shipping charges) within 30 days of the purchase date, or send it back to our store. A refund in the form of the original payment ( minus shipping charge) will be given provided you have proof of purchase consisting of a receipt, or gift registry showing the purchased item and price. If you do not have the proof of purchase, you will receive a gift card or credit note (your choice) for the current selling price of the product. In all cases, the item must be in its original packaging, and must not have been used or damaged.

If the quality or construction of your product is defective, (following the manufacturer’s policy and warranty), you may exchange it at any time for the same item or for a gift card valued at the current selling price of the product.

If a parcel arrives damaged, please follow instructions under Claims for Shortages or Damaged Goods.

All items with a plug may be returned or exchanged according to its manufacturer’s warranty and specifications.


How can I return merchandise?


There are two ways you can return merchandise to us.

1. Take it to our store. Please bring your invoice or receipt.

2. Return it to us by mail. If you choose to mail your return,  repack the product in the original packing materials used for shipping, and enclose a copy of your original invoice or packing slip.  Please include a note letting us know your coordinates, why you are returning the package (whether you informed us by telephone or not) and how you would like us to proceed with your return, exchange, or refund, according to our Return Policy.  Please note: The return shipping is NOT prepaid, nor is it refundable. We recommend that you send your package by a traceable method.

How long does it take for a refund?

After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund (according to our Return Policy) to your credit card account within 7 business days. A credit card refund may show up on your credit card billing statement between 1 and 2 billing cycles.




PRICING AND SPECIFICATIONS


Prices are periodically updated on our website and are net in Canadian currency. Extra quote maybe required for International Shipping or for especially extra weighted items or order.

 

SALES TAX

We are required by law to add sales tax to orders shipped to all provinces within Canada. If your company or your order is tax exempt, it remains your responsibility to reclaim your paid taxes. For outside of Canada, your local custom will determine your custom duties..

 

CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGES OR DAMAGED GOODS

We take great care in filling, checking, and packing your order. On rare occasions, a package may be lost or damaged in transit. For your own protection, you should always carefully inspect any shipment before accepting delivery. If damage has occurred, you must note it on the delivery receipt. If a truck shipment is damaged, you must also immediately have the shipment inspected by Canada Post. Obtain an inspection report from Canada Post and forward a copy to us. According to government regulations, any claim must be filed within 15 days after receipt of the shipment.
